The centerpiece is a hand-fused glass cabochon I made myself in my own kiln — a process where layers of glass are fired at high temperatures until they fuse into a single piece with remarkable depth and luminosity. The hummingbird in flight scene is my own original design, laser-engraved into the glass and surrounded by lush foliage, the intricate scene carved directly into the glass for a breathtaking 3D effect that seems to come alive as the light shifts.

Every piece I make uses a combination of Argentium sterling silver, .999 fine silver bezels, and occasional sterling components — each chosen for the part it plays. The back of every piece is stamped with "925" and my registered "CC" trademark. Read about the silvers I use →
