Your satisfaction is important to me. I attempt to include accurate photos and provide detailed information to assist in your purchasing decision. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact me at karen@cozycovestudio.com and I will try my best to make it right. Should you have to return an item, here is the return policy:
RETURNS All return requests must be made within 7 days of item receipt and the item(s) must be sent back and received within 30 business days. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returned items must be in salable condition. Refund (excluding shipping) will be given on safe return of your purchased items. Return shipping instructions will be given upon approval of return request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Personalized items cannot be returned.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds You will be notified once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
